It is important to quote your payment with ORDER NUMBER, when doing the bank transfer to link your payment to your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order as it is almost immediately shipped. However, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. The cost of a return is liable to the customer.
I RECEIVED FAULTY OR THE WRONG ITEM(S). WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the rare circumstances that you receive faulty or the wrong item(s), contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, attaching pictures of the items.

In stock items ship within 24-48 hours of your order. Out of stock/on backorder items are made to order and may take up to 7 days to create and ship. Email notifications including tracking numbers are sent when your order ships.
Once shipped, your packages should arrive in 6-12 business days within the continental EU
Unshipped orders may be canceled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible to submit your request.

We have a 30 day policy. To be able to make a return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your full name and order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including its original pouch.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Upon receipt of your order, we will process the refund within 7 days to the same payment method used. You will receive the order amount minus shipping costs (exceptions may apply). Please note that there often is a processing time at the bank.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are a small business, so please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for orders to be processed. We thank you for your understanding.
Please note, we do not process or ship orders on Spain public holidays or weekends.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as well as Spanish Post with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Orders shipped outside of Europe may incur duties and taxes.
You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the requirements of the country where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Alpaca Sweater is not responsible for the payment of this duty.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

At the time of making your purchase you can check if there is any promotion at the moment.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
No changes can be made to your order. If you want to make changes to your order, if your order has not been shipped, the payment for your old order will be refunded. Then you need to create a new order again. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you must send the products to us with a change request.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Alpaca Sweater is headquartered in Spain, but our products are currently manufactured responsibly in Peru.
WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPING FROM?
Orders placed at alpaca-sweater.com will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Lilla, Spain.
